  1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to those who enter at bit.ly/3yN4OmG, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Tree Top, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Tree Top, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
  3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 20, 2024, 9:00 a.m. PST and ending on August 27, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PST. All online entries must be received by August 27, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PST.
  4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the instructions provided in the form details at bit.ly/3yN4OmG. Users can receive up to 2 bonus entries by following Tree Top and Soccer Shots on Instagram and Facebook (1 bonus entry) or liking the giveaway post and tagging a friend in the comments (1 bonus entry). The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Tree Top, Inc. You may enter only once via the entry form. You must provide the information requested. Tree Top Inc. will never ask for credit card information or any other form of payment as a method of entry or verification for this Sweepstakes. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Tree Top, Inc.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Tree Top, Inc. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Tree Top, Inc. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Tree Top, Inc. to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  2. Potential Winners Selection: Sponsor will select a total of four (4) potential winners (each a “Potential Winner”, collectively “Potential Winners”) at random on or about August 29, 2024, from all eligible entries received. By entering, you grant permission to be contacted by Sponsor by mail/email/telephone in connection with the Promotion. You must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. A Potential Winner is not an official winner (“Official Winner”) until Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified and Potential Winner has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. If Promotion Site fails for any reason, any Entry during that time will be deemed a defective Entry and is void and will not be honored.

Verification of Potential Winners: Each Potential Winner may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (unless prohibited) (collectively an “Affidavit”), which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) days of the date notice. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, or he/she refuses his/her prize for any reason, that Potential Winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing.
  4. Winner Selection, Notification, & Requirement: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Tree Top, Inc. Winners will be notified by email on or around August 29, 2024, 9:00 a.m. PST. Tree Top, Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF TREE TOP, INC.) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms & Conditions: Tree Top, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tree Top, Inc.’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Tree Top, Inc. may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Tree Top, Inc.   8. Disputes: THIS Sweepstakes IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the US AND the State of Washington, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Washington having jurisdiction.
