Ingredients
2 cups | Oats |
¼ cup | Seeds such as sunflower or pumpkin |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
2 tbsp | Flaxmeal |
½ cup | Tree Top Apple Sauce |
¼ cup | Peanut butter |
½ cup | Dried cranberries |
Instructions
In a large bowl first combine the dry ingredients: oats, seeds, cinnamon and flaxmeal.
Then add the wet ingredients: Tree Top Apple Sauce, peanut butter and cranberries.
You and your kids can roll them out to 12 individual golf ball sized bites. I like to wet my hands first so it’s a little less sticky!
They will last for a week in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer! |
The best thing about them is you can use what you have on hand and mix the flavors based on your family’s preference. You can swap out the seeds for nuts or add in pops of flavor with dried fruit or chocolate chips. They are a great afternoon pick-me-up or you can grab a couple for a breakfast on the go.
