1. Eligibility: These giveaways are open only to those who enter at https://bit.ly/3PVxfYh and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The giveaways are only open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and are void where prohibited by law. Employees of Tree Top, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaways. The giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Tree Top, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of these giveaways.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online upon the giveaway posts going live at 9:00 a.m. PST on June 2nd, 2026. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on June 20th, 2026.
4. How to Enter: The giveaways must be entered by submitting an entry using the instructions provided in the giveaway posts at https://www.instagram.com/treetopinc/ and https://www.facebook.com/TreeTop/. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a Prize. Tree Top will never ask for your credit card information. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and an alternate method of entry will be provided with equal odds of winning. To request an alternate method of entry, please contact Tree Top via Instagram or Facebook message. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Tree Top, Inc. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized interference, and reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. You may enter once throughout the giveaway period. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Tree Top, Inc.
5. Prizes: There will be 12 potential Prize Winners. These will include (1) one grand prize winner, (1) one first prize winner, and (10) ten secondary prize winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize in whole or in part with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. By accepting the prize, winner grants the sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Grand Prize: (1) One Tree Top Custom Golf Cart, assorted Tree Top juice & apple sauce products. The grand prize consists of one custom Tree Top–branded golf cart with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $15,000; actual value may vary. The fair market value of the prize will be determined at the time the winner is selected and accepts the prize, and such value will be used for tax reporting purposes. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by the sponsor. The prize is awarded “as is” without additional warranties beyond any provided by the manufacturer, and any customization is subject to sponsor-defined limitations and approval. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
Delivery of the golf cart is included but limited to locations within the contiguous United States, and winner must be able to accept delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, failure of delivery, or inability to fulfill due to events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, transportation issues, acts of God, or manufacturer delays. Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon delivery. Winner assumes all responsibility for registration, taxes, title fees, licensing, insurance, and compliance with any applicable state and local laws related to ownership and operation of the golf cart.
Grand prize winner will be required to provide a completed W-9 form and will be issued by Tree Top a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Prize as required by law.
First Prize: (2) Two tickets to a Professional Golf Tournament (not Major), assorted Tree Top juice & apple sauce products. Only tickets to the Professional Golf Tournament will be provided and all other expenses related to the event are at the responsibility of the winner.
Secondary Prize: (1) One 12 pack of Tree Top logoed Golf balls, (1) One Tree Top logoed Microfiber Golf Towel, and (1) One Tree Top logoed Stanley tumbler, (1) One 12 pack Tree Top No Sugar Added Apple Sauce Pouches.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the Prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Potential Winners Selection: Tree Top, Inc. will select a total of 12 potential winners at random from all eligible entries received following the giveaway period. By entering, you grant permission to be contacted by Tree Top, Inc. by mail/email/telephone in connection with the Promotion. You must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Potential Winners are not official winners (“Official Winner”) until Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified and Potential Winners have been notified that verification is complete. Tree Top, Inc’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Tree Top, Inc. will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. If the Promotion Site fails for any reason, any Entry during that time will be deemed a defective Entry and is void and will not be honored.
8. Verification of Potential Winners: Winner may be required to return a W-9 tax form within a specified timeframe or risk forfeiture of the prize.If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documentation, or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, that Potential Winner forfeits the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Tree Top, Inc. Winners will be notified by email no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on June 22nd, 2026. Tree Top, Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the Prize offered in these giveaways is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF TREE TOP, INC.) Terms & Conditions: Tree Top, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaways should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tree Top, Inc.’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaways. In such a case, Tree Top, Inc. may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Tree Top, Inc.
